Seamus is a hands-on, collaborative business leader who spearheaded the national growth of 'Premier' in 2015. His craft is establishing trusted relationships with Premier's clients and industry leaders. He is passionate about Premier's reputation for excellence, and leads the strategic direction for Premier's investments, acquisitions, and overall delivery.
Seamus is an entrepreneur by nature, and has a vision to combine technology and construction to create a safer and sustainable legacy for the next generation of construction professionals.

An experienced Construction Manager with over 28 years of expertise in concrete, civil, rail, water, marine, and transport sectors. Renowned for his exceptional leadership, Cliff consistently delivers outstanding results for all stakeholders, guiding his teams to success in projects delivery. With a proven ability to foster collaborative team environments, engage effectively with stakeholders, and navigate challenging project demands, Cliff consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.

BARRY HYNES
Brings over 25 years of civil construction experience, supported by academic qualifications from the University of Belfast in Engineering and Management. His international background spans early civil infrastructure work in the U.S. to major project delivery in Australia. Career highlights include leading the Gerringong Bridges project in NSW and the Majors Road Interchange in South Australia.

PETER OWENS
An enthusiastic and determined professional with more than 40 years’ experience in delivery and project management in Infrastructure, Defence, Civil, Rail, Water, Engineering, Construction. Known for his communication and delivery based on his extensive knowledge of project management process and procedures.

CLAIRE FORRISTAL
A dedicated professional with a strong background in accounts management, procurement, and business operations. Since joining Premier in 2019, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and organisational skills, from managing office operations to overseeing procurement and contracts. Claire works closely with Project Managers and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes. Claire is valued for her adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
