About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Resourcing Manager to lead recruitment and workforce strategy across major civil, bridge, and mining construction projects Australia-wide. You’ll guide a high-performing team of Resourcing Advisors, work closely with project leaders, and ensure every site is supported with the right people, at the right time. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact — helping shape the workforce behind some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure and resources projects.
The successful candidate will likely have:
JobAdder experience
Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Civil and Mining Sector.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for building safe, capable, high-performing teams.
Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing, or workforce management within civil, bridge, or mining sectors.
