SEAMUS MCHUGH
Managing Director
Seamus is a hands-on, collaborative business leader who spearheaded the national growth of 'Premier' in 2015. His craft is establishing trusted relationships with Premier's clients and industry leaders. He is passionate about Premier's reputation for excellence, and leads the strategic direction for Premier's investments, acquisitions, and overall delivery.
Seamus is an entrepreneur by nature, and has a vision to combine technology and construction to create a safer and sustainable legacy for the next generation of construction professionals.

JAMES KELLY
Construction Manager
James has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry across Australia and Ireland. His expertise is in structural concrete FRP (Form-Reo-Pour) delivery, and he has proudly delivered on major infrastructure projects, including the Darlington Upgrade and Flinders Link in South Australia; and the combined cycle power plant (CCPP) on Ichthys Onshore LNG Project in Northern Territory.
James is committed to building high-performing teams, and is well-known for his professionalism in leadership, safety, stakeholder management and construction excellence.



DIARMUID DELANEY
Superintendent
Diarmuid offers 20 years' experience in formwork construction, with project experience including major civil construction projects across Australia, UK and Ireland. He has extensive experience across civil projects in Australia, including CLEM 7 Brisbane Tunnel, West Connex Tunnels in New South Wales, LNG Gas Pipeline, Southern Expressway and Torrens-to-Torrens Upgrade.

VINCENT MCLAUGHLIN
Foreman - Formwork
Vinnie offers over 20 years' on-ground experience across major civil infrastructure projects across Australia, UK and Ireland. His key projects in Australia includes Port Pirie Redevelopment, Torrens-To-Torrens Upgrade, Bowden Railway, and Urban Superway.


Robert Keller
Senior Project Engineer
With over 10 years' experience in various civil construction roles across Australia and Brazil, Robert is also degree qualified in Global Project Management. He aims to support, influence and deliver engineering solutions before and during construction to facilitate successful outcomes.

CHRIS BRADLEY
HSE&Q Manager
With almost 10 years' experience in construction roles across Australia & Ireland, Chris couples his on-ground knowledge and project management skills to support our operations team. His project experience includes Darlington Upgrade and Port Pirie Smelter Upgrade.

CLAIRE FORRISTAL
Procurement & Contracts Manager
Claire is instrumental to our client services delivery team. She provides support across project administration, procurement and onboarding to ensure a seamless integration with our client's project teams.
