Premier Constructions Australia was awarded the FRP package by Space Construction to install a 517 m2 retaining edge wall for the new north and south lakes, located at the entry of the Riverlea Development. The works involved reinforcement of 29.7 tonnes of steel, construction of 770 m2 of formwork and placement of approximately 275 m3 of concrete.

The $3B residential development by Walkers Corporation is South Australia's largest master planned community, expected to transform the outer northern suburbs. Riverlea is located 35 kilometres from Adelaide CBD, and will accommodate 12,000 new homes, and house 30,000 - 40,000 new residents.
