At Premier, we believe leadership isn’t confined to boardrooms or meetings — it happens on the ground, shoulder to shoulder with our teams. Last Friday was a perfect reminder of that philosophy in action.

Our Managing Director, Seamus McHugh, and Operations Manager, Mark Reynolds, rolled up their sleeves and fired up the BBQ for a site lunch shared with more than 100 people across the Torrens to Darlington Project. Looking Ahead

As work continues on the Torrens to Darlington Project, so does our commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Moments like this BBQ help us stay grounded, unified, and ready to deliver exceptional outcomes for the community.

Good food, great people, and an even stronger team — that’s how we build better.
